We offer the ability to search land records, criminal records, and marriage license indexes. The ability to view and print images of the documents is available. There is a daily fee of $20.00 (with 3 licenses) plus $1.00 per page for any copies printed. The cost of subscription services is $75.00 for a monthly subscription (with 3 licenses) plus $1.00 per page to print copies or $625.00 for a yearly subscription (with 3 licenses) plus $1.00 per page to print copies. Additional licenses (beyond the 3 provided) may be obtained at the rate of $25 per month, $10 per day or $300 per year.
The internet service is offered through the Clerk of Court’s website. To access the website, simply click the above highlighted link and follow the online instructions. Internet access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The general public and subscribers are able to view the above mentioned records in the Clerk of Court’s Office during normal business hours free of charge. Copies can be made in the Clerk’s Office for a fee of $1.50 per page (Conveyance and Mortgage) and $1.00 per page (Criminal and Marriage). Acceptable methods of payment in the Clerk’s Office are cash, check, or money order (no credit cards).
